Built from belief.

Math 4 Success was founded with a simple but powerful belief: every student deserves the opportunity to excel in math and reach their full potential. What began as a vision to make math more accessible has grown into a mission-driven organization serving students, schools, and communities across Michigan and beyond.

Our story begins with Dr. Leron Lightfoot, a dedicated educator and mathematician who understands firsthand the challenges many students face in traditional math classrooms. Driven by a passion for equitable education, Dr. Lightfoot created Math 4 Success to provide high-quality, culturally responsive, and engaging learning experiences that meet students where they are and help them grow.

Real expertise. Local roots. National reach.

  1. 01

    Locally sourced talent

We proudly source our tutors and instructors locally — a dedicated team of engineers, tech experts, and mathematicians who bring real-world expertise, deep passion for math, and a genuine commitment to empowering our youth.

  2. 02

    Built to flex

We strive to be the most flexible and responsive program in the nation, tailoring our services to meet the needs of each school, each classroom, and each student — so every learner receives the support and encouragement they need to thrive.
